November 2011Established under the sponsorship of 7 leading railway companies(*1) in Japan

(*1) East Japan Railway Company, Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd., West Japan Railway Company, TOKYU CORPORATION, Kyushu Railway Company, Japan Freight Railway Company and Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd.

April 2012Overseas railway consulting business was transferred from JAPAN RAILWAY TECHNICAL SERVICE (JARTS) and overseas division was transferred from JR East Consultants Company. Full-scale operations began with additional investment from other three railway companies(*2).
